महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-139, verse-16

मुहूर्तमिव तृप्तिश्च भवेद्भ्रातुर्ममैव च ।
हतैरेतैरहत्वा तु मोदिष्ये शाश्वतीः समाः ॥१६॥
16. muhūrtamiva tṛptiśca bhavedbhrāturmamaiva ca ,
hatairetairahatvā tu modiṣye śāśvatīḥ samāḥ.
16. muhūrtam iva tṛptiḥ ca bhavet bhrātuḥ mama eva
ca hataiḥ etaiḥ ahatvā tu modiṣye śāśvatīḥ samāḥ
16. Even for a moment, there would be satisfaction for my brother and me if these were slain. But if I do not kill these (people), I shall indeed rejoice for eternal years.
