महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-133, verse-21

नाचक्षुर्वेत्ति पन्थानं नाचक्षुर्विन्दते दिशः ।
नाधृतिर्भूतिमाप्नोति बुध्यस्वैवं प्रबोधितः ॥२१॥
21. nācakṣurvetti panthānaṁ nācakṣurvindate diśaḥ ,
nādhṛtirbhūtimāpnoti budhyasvaivaṁ prabodhitaḥ.
21. na acakṣuḥ vetti panthānam na acakṣuḥ vindate diśaḥ
na adhṛtiḥ bhūtim āpnoti budhyasva evam prabodhitaḥ
21. A blind person cannot discern the path, nor can they find directions. Similarly, one who lacks firmness does not attain prosperity. Having been instructed, understand this accordingly.
