महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-116, verse-25

माद्र्युवाच ।
अहमेवानुयास्यामि भर्तारमपलायिनम् ।
न हि तृप्तास्मि कामानां तज्ज्येष्ठा अनुमन्यताम् ॥२५॥
25. mādryuvāca ,
ahamevānuyāsyāmi bhartāramapalāyinam ,
na hi tṛptāsmi kāmānāṁ tajjyeṣṭhā anumanyatām.
25. mādrī uvāca aham eva anuyāsyāmi bhartāram apalāyinam
na hi tṛptā asmi kāmānām tat jyeṣṭhā anumanyatām
25. Madri said: "I will indeed follow my husband who did not flee. I am certainly not satisfied with my desires (kāma). Therefore, may the elder sister (Kunti) approve of this."
