योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-207, verse-27

यथा संकल्पनगरं चिन्मात्रं भाति केवलम् ।
तथैवाकारणं भाति चिन्मात्रोन्मेषणं जगत् ॥ २७ ॥
yathā saṃkalpanagaraṃ cinmātraṃ bhāti kevalam ,
tathaivākāraṇaṃ bhāti cinmātronmeṣaṇaṃ jagat 27

tathā eva akāraṇam bhāti cinmātromeṣaṇam jagat

27. Just as a city created by imagination (saṃkalpa) appears as nothing but consciousness (cit), so too does the world appear without a cause, as merely an unfolding of consciousness.
