ब्रह्मणो ब्रह्मरूपस्य संकल्पनगरं ततम् ।

17. This entire manifestation of the world is, for now, like your dream-city; it is an extensive city born of the creative intention (saṃkalpa) of Brahman, who is of the very nature of Brahman (the Ultimate Reality).
