ब्राह्मे संकल्पनगरे यद्यत्संकल्पितं यथा ।
तथानुभूयते तत्तत्त्वत्संकल्पपुरे यथा ॥ २१ ॥

tathānubhūyate tattattvatsaṃkalpapure yathā 21

tathā anubhūyate tat tat tvat saṃkalpapure yathā

21. yathā tvat saṃkalpapure,

21. In the creative city of Brahmā's (Brahmā) intention (saṃkalpa), whatever is conceived, in whatever manner, is experienced in exactly that way, just as it is in your own mind's city of intention (saṃkalpa).
