योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-207, verse-24

महाप्रलयपर्यन्ते पुनः सर्गः प्रवर्तते ।
समस्तकारणाभावाद्द्रव्यं तावन्न विद्यते ॥ २४ ॥
