ब्रह्मैवेयमतो दीप्तिर्जगदित्येव भासते ॥ २५ ॥

Due to the liberation (mokṣa) of the Lord of creatures (Prajāpati), memory (smṛti) does not arise (for him). Therefore, this very radiance is Brahman itself, and hence the world (jagat) appears as such.
