जायते जङ्गमं जीवात्स्थावरं स्थावरादपि ।
नियत्याधो वहत्यम्बु गच्छत्यूर्ध्वमथानलः ॥ ३५ ॥

35. Movable beings are born from living entities, and immovable things from other immovable things. By natural law (niyati), water flows downwards, while fire ascends upwards.
