गतनिद्रतया पश्चान्निद्रान्त इह जायते ।

Afterwards, having left sleep (gatanidratayā), one who has ended sleep (nidrāntaḥ) arises here (in the waking state). From that experience, one should then become convinced, "This (dream world) is not real."
