योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-64, verse-11

यत्स्वप्ने दृश्यते यच्च संकल्पैरवलोक्यते ।
तत्तथा विद्यते तत्र सर्वकालं तदात्मकम् ॥ ११ ॥

yatsvapne dṛśyate yacca saṃkalpairavalokyate ,
tattathā vidyate tatra sarvakālaṃ tadātmakam 11

11. yat svapne dṛśyate yat ca saṃkalpaiḥ avalokyate
tat tathā vidyate tatra sarvakālam tadātmakam

11. yat svapne dṛśyate,

11. Whatever is seen in a dream, and whatever is perceived through mental constructions (saṃkalpa), that indeed exists there in that manner, for all time, being of that very nature.
