One should take refuge in (āśrayet) that which is of the nature of pure consciousness (cidrūpam), which radiates like a hundred thousand suns (sūryalakṣābham), which illuminates all other lights (samastābhāsabhāsanam), which is the inner light (prakāśam) of consciousness (cit), and which is the essence (sāram) of one's own true greatness (svamahattā).
