योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-38, verse-34

अश्वमेधसहस्रस्य फलं प्राप्नोति मानवः ।
ध्यानवल्युपहारेण स्वयमात्मानमात्मना ॥ ३४ ॥
