इच्छाद्याः शक्तयस्तस्य चिन्तनीयाः शरीरगाः ।
एष देवः स परमः पूज्य एष सदा सताम् ॥ १३ ॥

13. His powers (śakti) beginning with desire (icchā), which reside in His body, should be contemplated. This divine being is indeed the Supreme One; He is always worthy of worship by the virtuous.
