योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-38, verse-30

विना तेनेतरेणायमात्मा लभ्यत एव नो ।
ध्यानात्प्रसादमायाति सर्वभोगसुखश्रियः ॥ ३० ॥
vinā tenetareṇāyamātmā labhyata eva no ,
dhyānātprasādamāyāti sarvabhogasukhaśriyaḥ 30
30. vinā tena itareṇa ayam ātmā labhyate eva na u
dhyānāt prasādam āyāti sarvabhogasukhaśriyaḥ
30. ayam ātmā tena itareṇa vinā eva na u labhyate
dhyānāt sarvabhogasukhaśriyaḥ prasādam āyāti
30. Without that (meditation) and without any other means, this self (ātman) is indeed not attained. From meditation (dhyāna) arises the grace that brings all the glory of enjoyments and happiness.
