योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-38, verse-31

अयमात्मा मुने भुङ्क्ते देहरूपो गृहे यथा ।
ध्यानेनानेन सुमते निमेषांस्तु त्रयोदश ॥ ३१ ॥

ayamātmā mune bhuṅkte deharūpo gṛhe yathā ,
dhyānenānena sumate nimeṣāṃstu trayodaśa 31

31. ayam ātmā mune bhuṅkte deharūpaḥ gṛhe yathā
dhyānena anena sumate nimeṣān tu trayodaśa

31. mune sumate ayam ātmā deharūpaḥ yathā gṛhe bhuṅkte
anena dhyānena tu trayodaśa nimeṣān [bhuṅkte]

31. O sage, this self (ātman), residing in the form of a body, experiences [the world] just as one would within a house. O wise one, through this very meditation (dhyāna), [it does so] for thirteen moments.
