योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-4, chapter-40, verse-24

तज्जयैव मनःशक्त्या स्वतः संज्ञा प्रवर्तते ।
दृढभावनया तस्मादिष्टोऽर्थः प्रतिपद्यते ॥ २४ ॥
tajjayaiva manaḥśaktyā svataḥ saṃjñā pravartate ,
dṛḍhabhāvanayā tasmādiṣṭo'rthaḥ pratipadyate 24

24. Through the very power (śakti) of the mind (manas), which is born from that [ultimate reality], a conception (saṃjñā) spontaneously arises. Therefore, by means of firm contemplation, the desired object (artha) is realized.
