यथा संकल्पनगरं यथा गन्धर्वपत्तनम् ॥ ३० ॥

By the mind, all this extended (universe) is manifested, and it is indeed unreal. It is like a city created by imagination (saṃkalpanagara) or a city of celestial beings (gandharvapaṭṭanam) in the sky.
