योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-102, verse-37

स्वयं संकल्पमात्रेण स्वविनाशदृशामिदम् ।
मनः संसाधयत्याशु क्लेशो नात्रोपयुज्यते ॥ ३७ ॥
svayaṃ saṃkalpamātreṇa svavināśadṛśāmidam ,
manaḥ saṃsādhayatyāśu kleśo nātropayujyate 37

manaḥ saṃsādhayati āśu kleśaḥ na atra upayujyate

37. The mind itself, merely through its own intention (saṅkalpa), quickly brings about this manifestation of self-destruction. No effort (kleśa) is needed for this.
