वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-75, verse-9

तच्छ्रुत्वा राक्षसेन्द्रस्य गर्जितं लक्ष्मणस्तदा ।
अभीतवदनः क्रुद्धो रावणिं वाक्यमब्रवीत् ॥९॥
9. tacchrutvā rākṣasendrasya garjitaṃ lakṣmaṇastadā ,
abhītavadanaḥ kruddho rāvaṇiṃ vākyamabravīt.
9. tat śrutvā rākṣasendrasya garjitam lakṣmaṇaḥ tadā
abhītavadanaḥ kruddhaḥ rāvaṇim vākyam abravīt

9. Having heard that roar of the lord of rākṣasas, Lakṣmaṇa, his face fearless and full of rage, then spoke to Rāvaṇi (Indrajit).
