वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-2, chapter-69, verse-12

एवं विलपमानां तां भरतः प्राञ्जलिस्तदा ।
कौसल्यां प्रत्युवाचेदं शोकैर्बहुभिरावृताम् ॥१२॥
12. evaṃ vilapamānāṃ tāṃ bharataḥ prāñjalistadā ,
kausalyāṃ pratyuvācedaṃ śokairbahubhirāvṛtām.
12. evam vilapamānām tām bharataḥ prāñjaliḥ tadā
kausalyām prati uvāca idam śokaiḥ bahubhiḥ āvṛtām
12. tadā prāñjaliḥ bharataḥ evam vilapamānām bahubhiḥ śokaiḥ āvṛtām tām kausalyām idam prati uvāca.
12. Then, Bharata, with folded hands, spoke this to Kausalya, who was thus lamenting and overwhelmed by many sorrows.
