वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-1, chapter-59, verse-19

तच्छ्रुत्वा वचनं तस्य क्रोशमानस्य कौशिकः ।
रोषमाहारयत्तीव्रं तिष्ठ तिष्ठेति चाब्रवीत् ॥१९॥
19. tacchrutvā vacanaṃ tasya krośamānasya kauśikaḥ ,
roṣamāhārayattīvraṃ tiṣṭha tiṣṭheti cābravīt.
19. tat śrutvā vacanam tasya krośamānasya kauśikaḥ
roṣam āhārayat tīvram tiṣṭha tiṣṭha iti ca abravīt

19. Having heard those words from him who was crying out, Kauśika manifested intense anger and said, "Stop! Stop!"
