pūrvasaṃbandhinaṃ jñātvā tataḥ pūrvaṃ bravīmi te.

19.
He is accomplished in all scriptures and similarly well-versed in the Vedas. Bring that illustrious, well-honored person yourself. I tell you this instruction first because I recognize him as a former relative.
