मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-27, verse-16

एभिर्जितैर्जितं सर्वं मरुत्तेन महात्मना ।
स्मृत्वा विवर्जयेदेतान् दोषान् स्वीयान्महीपतिः ॥१६॥
16. ebhirjitairjitaṃ sarvaṃ maruttena mahātmanā .
smṛtvā vivarjayedetān doṣān svīyānmahīpatiḥ.

smṛtvā vivarjayet etān doṣān svīyān mahīpatiḥ
16. Remembering how everything was conquered by the great-souled (mahātman) Marutta by overcoming these (vices), a king should abandon his own such faults.
