महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-39, verse-7

अस्मिंस्तीर्थे महानद्या अद्यप्रभृति मानवः ।
आप्लुतो वाजिमेधस्य फलं प्राप्नोति पुष्कलम् ॥७॥
7. asmiṁstīrthe mahānadyā adyaprabhṛti mānavaḥ ,
āpluto vājimedhasya phalaṁ prāpnoti puṣkalam.

āplutaḥ vājimedhasya phalam prāpnoti puṣkalam

7. From today onwards, a human being who bathes in this sacred ford (tīrtha) of the great river obtains the abundant fruit of the Vājimedha Vedic ritual (yajña).
