महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-64, verse-7

ततोऽस्त्रमस्त्रेण परस्परस्य तौ विधूय वाताविव पूर्वपश्चिमौ ।
घनान्धकारे वितते तमोनुदौ यथोदितौ तद्वदतीव रेजतुः ॥७॥
7. tato'stramastreṇa parasparasya tau; vidhūya vātāviva pūrvapaścimau ,
ghanāndhakāre vitate tamonudau; yathoditau tadvadatīva rejatuḥ.

7. tataḥ tau parasparasya astram astreṇa vidhūya,
vitate ghanāndhakāre,

7. Then, those two, countering each other's weapons with their own, dispelled the dense darkness. They shone exceedingly like the two opposing winds, East and West, that have arisen, and just like dispellers of darkness.
