महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-64, verse-12

ततो महास्त्राणि महाधनुर्धरौ विमुञ्चमानाविषुभिर्भयानकैः ।
नराश्वनागानमितौ निजघ्नतुः परस्परं जघ्नतुरुत्तमेषुभिः ॥१२॥
12. tato mahāstrāṇi mahādhanurdharau; vimuñcamānāviṣubhirbhayānakaiḥ ,
narāśvanāgānamitau nijaghnatuḥ; parasparaṁ jaghnaturuttameṣubhiḥ.

vimuñcamānau iṣubhiḥ bhayānakaiḥ
narāśvanāgān amitau nijaghnuḥ

12. Then, the two unrivaled great bow-wielders, releasing terrifying arrows, struck down men, horses, and elephants. With their excellent arrows, they also struck each other.
