महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-124, verse-22

त्वां हि चक्षुर्हणं वीरं कोपयित्वा सुयोधनः ।
समित्रबन्धुः समरे प्राणांस्त्यक्ष्यति दुर्मतिः ॥२२॥
22. tvāṁ hi cakṣurhaṇaṁ vīraṁ kopayitvā suyodhanaḥ ,
samitrabandhuḥ samare prāṇāṁstyakṣyati durmatiḥ.
22. tvām hi cakṣurhaṇam vīram kopayitvā suyodhanaḥ
samitrabandhuḥ samare prāṇān tyakṣyati durmatiḥ
22. durmatiḥ suyodhanaḥ tvām vīram cakṣurhaṇam
kopayitvā hi samitrabandhuḥ samare prāṇān tyakṣyati
22. Indeed, the evil-minded Suyodhana, having provoked you, the hero whose very gaze is destructive, will give up his life along with his friends and relatives in battle.
