महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-4, verse-24

अन्वेव वायवो वान्ति तथाभ्राणि वयांसि च ।
अनुप्लवन्ते मेघाश्च तथैवेन्द्रधनूंषि च ॥२४॥

anuplavante meghāśca tathaivendradhanūṁṣi ca.

24. Indeed, the winds blow along, and similarly, clouds and birds also move along. And clouds and rainbows likewise follow along.
