महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-64, verse-9

न दूषयामि ते राजन्यच्च हन्याददूषकम् ।
बलवन्तं महाराज क्षिप्रं दारुणमाप्नुयात् ॥९॥
9. na dūṣayāmi te rājanyacca hanyādadūṣakam ,
balavantaṁ mahārāja kṣipraṁ dāruṇamāpnuyāt.
9. na dūṣayāmi te rājan yat ca hanyāt adūṣakam
balavantam mahārāja kṣipram dāruṇam āpnuyāt
9. O King, I do not blame you for striking an innocent one. For, O great king, a terrible fate quickly befalls a powerful person.
