महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-69, verse-18

ततो युक्तं रथं राजा समारोहत्त्वरान्वितः ।
अथ पर्यपतन्भूमौ जानुभिस्ते हयोत्तमाः ॥१८॥
18. tato yuktaṁ rathaṁ rājā samārohattvarānvitaḥ ,
atha paryapatanbhūmau jānubhiste hayottamāḥ.
18. tataḥ yuktam ratham rājā samārohat tvarānvitaḥ
| atha paryapatan bhūmau jānubhiḥ te hayottamāḥ
18. Then, the king, swiftly, ascended the yoked chariot. Immediately, those excellent horses fell to the ground on their knees.
