महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-36, verse-4

यो नूनममितायुः स्यादथ वापि प्रमाणवित् ।
स कालं वै प्रतीक्षेत सर्वप्रत्यक्षदर्शिवान् ॥४॥
4. yo nūnamamitāyuḥ syādatha vāpi pramāṇavit ,
sa kālaṁ vai pratīkṣeta sarvapratyakṣadarśivān.
4. yaḥ nūnam amitāyuḥ syāt atha vā api pramāṇavit
saḥ kālam vai pratīkṣeta sarvapratyakṣadarśivān
4. Only one who is truly immortal, or one who knows the precise duration of their own life, should wait. Such a person would indeed be omniscient, perceiving everything directly.
