महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-3, verse-11

भीमेन कार्तवीर्येण वैन्येन नहुषेण च ।
तपोयोगसमाधिस्थैरुद्धृता ह्यापदः प्रजाः ॥११॥
11. bhīmena kārtavīryeṇa vainyena nahuṣeṇa ca ,
tapoyogasamādhisthairuddhṛtā hyāpadaḥ prajāḥ.

11. Indeed, the people were saved from calamities by Bhīma, Kārtavīrya, Vainya, and Nahuṣa, all of whom were established in states of profound meditation (samādhi) through their practice of asceticism (tapas) and spiritual discipline (yoga).
