महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-3, verse-31

सुरपितृगणयक्षसेवितं ह्यसुरनिशाचरसिद्धवन्दितम् ।
वरकनकहुताशनप्रभं त्वमपि मनस्यभिधेहि भास्करम् ॥३१॥
31. surapitṛgaṇayakṣasevitaṁ; hyasuraniśācarasiddhavanditam ,
varakanakahutāśanaprabhaṁ; tvamapi manasyabhidhehi bhāskaram.
31. sura-pitṛ-gaṇa-yakṣa-sevitam hi
asura-niśācara-siddha-vanditam
vara-kanaka-hutāśana-prabham
tvam api manasi abhidhehi bhāskaram
31. Therefore, you should meditate in your mind on Bhāskara (the sun god), who is served by groups of gods, forefathers, and yakṣas, and worshipped by asuras, night-wanderers, and siddhas, and whose splendor is like that of excellent gold and fire.
