20.
One who observes Vedic vows and bestows a bull attains knowledge of the Vedas; the same is achieved through the giving of a pair of cows. Similarly, a performer of Vedic ritual (yajña) who follows the prescribed rules for cows obtains supreme worlds, unlike one who is ignorant of the procedures.
