महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-287, verse-2

किं श्रेयः का गतिर्ब्रह्मन्किं कृतं न विनश्यति ।
क्व गतो न निवर्तेत तन्मे ब्रूहि महामुने ॥२॥
2. kiṁ śreyaḥ kā gatirbrahmankiṁ kṛtaṁ na vinaśyati ,
kva gato na nivarteta tanme brūhi mahāmune.

kva gataḥ na nivarteta tat me brūhi mahāmune
