व्यवहारेषु धर्म्येषु नियोज्याश्च बहुश्रुताः ।

17. The highly learned should be appointed in righteous matters (dharma). Even in a virtuous person, a discerning individual (vicakṣaṇaḥ) should not place trust in just one [person].
