महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-10, chapter-15, verse-16

विसृष्टं हि मया दिव्यमेतदस्त्रं दुरासदम् ।
अपाण्डवायेति मुने वह्नितेजोऽनुमन्त्र्य वै ॥१६॥

16. O sage, indeed, this divine and irresistible weapon was unleashed by me, consecrating it with fiery energy and declaring, "May there be no Pāṇḍavas!"
