महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-10, chapter-15, verse-23

अस्त्रं ब्रह्मशिरो यत्र परमास्त्रेण वध्यते ।
समा द्वादश पर्जन्यस्तद्राष्ट्रं नाभिवर्षति ॥२३॥
23. astraṁ brahmaśiro yatra paramāstreṇa vadhyate ,
samā dvādaśa parjanyastadrāṣṭraṁ nābhivarṣati.

23. Where the Brahmashira (astra) weapon is counteracted by a supreme weapon, for twelve years the rain god (parjanya) does not shower upon that kingdom.
