महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-25, verse-24

षडुच्छ्रितो योजनानि गजस्तद्द्विगुणायतः ।
कूर्मस्त्रियोजनोत्सेधो दशयोजनमण्डलः ॥२४॥
24. ṣaḍucchrito yojanāni gajastaddviguṇāyataḥ ,
kūrmastriyojanotsedho daśayojanamaṇḍalaḥ.
24. ṣaṭ ucchritaḥ yojanāni gajaḥ tat-dviguṇāyataḥ
kūrmaḥ triyojanotsedhaḥ daśayojanamandalaḥ
24. The elephant was six yojanas tall and twice that (twelve yojanas) in length. The tortoise was three yojanas high and ten yojanas in circumference.
