महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-25, verse-9

तस्माद्भोक्तव्यमपरं भगवन्प्रदिशस्व मे ।
यद्भुक्त्वामृतमाहर्तुं समर्थः स्यामहं प्रभो ॥९॥
9. tasmādbhoktavyamaparaṁ bhagavanpradiśasva me ,
yadbhuktvāmṛtamāhartuṁ samarthaḥ syāmahaṁ prabho.
9. tasmāt bhoktavyam aparam bhagavan pradiśasva me yat
bhuktvā amṛtam āhartum samarthaḥ syām aham prabho
9. Therefore, O venerable one, show me something else to eat, by consuming which, O Lord, I may become capable of bringing the nectar.
