महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-205, verse-27

गुरोरनुप्रवेशो हि नोपघातो यवीयसः ।
यवीयसोऽनुप्रवेशो ज्येष्ठस्य विधिलोपकः ॥२७॥
27. guroranupraveśo hi nopaghāto yavīyasaḥ ,
yavīyaso'nupraveśo jyeṣṭhasya vidhilopakaḥ.
27. guroḥ anuprāveśaḥ hi na upaghātaḥ yavīyasaḥ |
yavīyasaḥ anuprāveśaḥ jyeṣṭhasya vidhilopakaḥ
27. Indeed, a guru's entry is not an impediment to a younger person. However, a younger person's entry into the domain of an elder is a transgression of the rule (vidhi).
