महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-125, verse-7

यो मे पुत्रात्प्रियतरः सर्वास्त्रविदुषां वरः ।
ऐन्द्रिरिन्द्रानुजसमः स पार्थो दृश्यतामिति ॥७॥
7. yo me putrātpriyataraḥ sarvāstraviduṣāṁ varaḥ ,
aindririndrānujasamaḥ sa pārtho dṛśyatāmiti.
7. yaḥ me putrāt priyataraḥ sarvāstraviduṣām varaḥ
aindriḥ indrānuja-samaḥ saḥ pārthaḥ dṛśyatām iti
7. "May that Pārtha (Arjuna), who is dearer to me than my own son, who is the best among all those skilled in various weapons, and who is equal to the younger brother of Indra (Kṛṣṇa), now be seen!"
