धृतराष्ट्र उवाच ।
धन्योऽस्म्यनुगृहीतोऽस्मि रक्षितोऽस्मि महामते ।
पृथारणिसमुद्भूतैस्त्रिभिः पाण्डववह्निभिः ॥१७॥

17. dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca ,
dhanyo'smyanugṛhīto'smi rakṣito'smi mahāmate ,
pṛthāraṇisamudbhūtaistribhiḥ pāṇḍavavahnibhiḥ.

asmi anugṛhītaḥ asmi rakṣitaḥ
asmi mahāmate | pṛthāraṇisamudbhūtaiḥ
tribhiḥ pāṇḍavavahnibhiḥ

17. Dhṛtarāṣṭra spoke: "O great-minded one, I am indeed blessed, I am favored, and I am protected by the three Pāṇḍava fires, who were born from the kindling sticks of Pṛthā."

17. דְהְרְטַרָאשְׁתְרַה אמר, הו בעל התבונה הגדולה, אשרי חלקי, זכיתי לחסד ואני מוגן, בזכות שלושת בני פָּאנְדוּ, שהם כשלוש אשים שנולדו ממקל ההצתה של פְּרְטְהָא (קוּנְטִי).
