Vaiśampāyana said: "O descendant of Bharata, Vidura, after saying 'So be it' to him (Dhṛtarāṣṭra), then, accompanied by Bhīṣma, performed Pāṇḍu's funeral rites (saṃskāra) in a supremely secluded place."
