महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-118, verse-4

न शोच्यः पाण्डुरनघः प्रशस्यः स नराधिपः ।
यस्य पञ्च सुता वीरा जाताः सुरसुतोपमाः ॥४॥
4. na śocyaḥ pāṇḍuranaghaḥ praśasyaḥ sa narādhipaḥ ,
yasya pañca sutā vīrā jātāḥ surasutopamāḥ.
4. na śocyaḥ pāṇḍuḥ anaghaḥ praśasyaḥ saḥ narādhipaḥ
yasya pañca sutāḥ vīrāḥ jātāḥ surasutopamāḥ
4. "Pāṇḍu, that blameless king, is not to be mourned; rather, he is to be highly praised, for he fathered five heroic sons who are like the children of the gods."
