योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-112, verse-9

नाराचनिकरं नीलं निमेषं नासहञ्छकाः ।
रमठा नलिनीषण्डा इव ताण्डवितासवः ॥ ९ ॥
nārācanikaraṃ nīlaṃ nimeṣaṃ nāsahañchakāḥ ,
ramaṭhā nalinīṣaṇḍā iva tāṇḍavitāsavaḥ 9
9. nārācanikaram nīlam nimeṣam na asahan śakāḥ
ramaṭhāḥ nalinīṣaṇḍāḥ iva tāṇḍavitāsavaḥ
9. śakāḥ ramaṭhāḥ nīlam nārācanikaram nimeṣam
na asahan tāṇḍavitāsavaḥ nalinīṣaṇḍāḥ iva
9. The Śakas and Ramaṭhas could not endure the dark multitude of arrows for even a moment. They were like clusters of lotus plants, whose essence was violently agitated.
