योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-112, verse-15

यावद्द्वीपा जिताः कुक्षौ सह्याद्रौ सममूर्तयः ।
आश्वस्य दिवसान्सप्त ययुरायासमन्थरम् ॥ १५ ॥
yāvaddvīpā jitāḥ kukṣau sahyādrau samamūrtayaḥ ,
āśvasya divasānsapta yayurāyāsamantharam 15

15. All the islands conquered within the Sahya mountain region became unified. Having rested for seven days, they proceeded slowly due to exhaustion.
