योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-112, verse-11

चामीकरवराकारा भग्ना तङ्गणवाहिनी ।
मृता हृताम्बरा चोरैर्भुक्तैकान्ते निशाचरैः ॥ ११ ॥
cāmīkaravarākārā bhagnā taṅgaṇavāhinī ,
mṛtā hṛtāmbarā corairbhuktaikānte niśācaraiḥ 11

11. The Taṅgaṇa army, radiant like excellent gold, was defeated. Their soldiers lay dead, their garments stripped by thieves, and their bodies were then preyed upon in secluded places by night-wanderers (ghouls or predatory beings).
