विसे शैले तृणे भित्तावुपले दिवि भूतले ।
सा यथा योज्यते यत्र तेन निर्यात्यलं तथा ॥ ९ ॥

Wherever she (the Kundalinī śakti) is directed—be it in a lotus stalk, on a mountain, in a blade of grass, on a wall, on a stone, in the sky, or on the ground—from that very spot she fully emerges in that manner.
